You are always on the right path

As life unfolds and unfurls, deep within us all, there lives a longing to understand and know if we are moving in the right direction, an innate soul directive, that is uniquely yours.  As we hurtle through the moments of our day,  frantically trying to find and put together the pieces of our existence, like a neverending mystifying puzzle, we are continually driven by a deep desire to find happiness, fulfilment, and peace in our lives.

We have become conditioned to cling tightly to the misguided ideas that once this external place of contentment is reached, that when our final task is completed, that if we can somehow tame the  uncertain and unruly aspects of our lives, then and only then will we find freedom from the chaos and have the peace we are so desperately seeking. 

Bound by these stories, we have come to believe that when we know without a doubt our true path forward, then can we feel safe and secure and allow ourselves to relax into our daily lives.  

Yet this untruth spreads its vast wings and catches us tightly in its grip, and in doing so, keeps us from truly understanding our divine path of evolution.  

As we are caught in this place, what can so easily be forgotten and misunderstood is that your true happiness, your unwavering fulfillment and your deepest peace do not live outside of you in some perceived action or place in time. You cannot find them in someone else's approval or by avoiding judgment. Your true path and purpose is inherently unique to you and does not require permission from others. 

So, sweet one I want to share with you a secret that you already know yet have simply forgotten…

You are always and have always been on your path. You never left, you never strayed. You have been diligently and faithfully, step by precious step, following the Divine path of your Soul and will continue to do so for the rest of your life. 

This path was never intended to be straight and easy, that is not why you traveled all the way to Earth and went through the time consuming process of being born, growing and exploring.  It was always intended to be wild, to be winding, to curl and to twirl, to go up and down, roundabout, ever changing, never constant. This is the path of a life well lived, a path of the utmost learning and unfolding. 

So beloved, it is okay to lay down your sharp weapons and harsh words and give yourself a respite from the constant barrage of unkind thoughts and judgements about where and who you should be by now. Allow yourself to slow down and breathe and let the path reveal itself to you moment by cherished moment as it is intended.   

It is in partnering with yourself, loving yourself and accepting yourself right here, right now, that the true nature of your path will be revealed and understood.
